CAFE SERVERS

Rockingham Roasters is seeking part-time and full-time servers for its cafe and coffee roasting facility in the center of the downtown Square in Bellows Falls, Vermont. Pay is $15/hour + tips (hourly pay averages $21.00/hour).

Applicants must be:

  1. Reliable and trustworthy

  2. Kind and gracious

  3. Hardworking: able to cheerfully be on your feet and moving for 8 hours

  4. Able to accept and follow instructions

  5. Committed to doing your share as part of a team

  6. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment serving the public

Experience is not necessary if you enjoy hard work and are willing to take instruction. We are happy to train the right people.
